Osborne Building & Renovations are a team of professional builders who specialise in creating extraordinary extensions and renovation projects to enhance your property.

Owned and managed by myself; Paul, a highly experienced and qualified Master Carpenter, Plumber & Tiler with over 15 years experience. Our skills are not just limited to the above. We have a wide range of expertise & experience from refurbishing listed buildings, working on new build houses, complete restorations and general building. We pride ourselves on our industry knowledge, quality, insured work and customer service.
We aim to finish each project in a timely-manner and with the highest level of quality. We focus on a personalised service, competitive rates and customer satisfaction. We’re always striving to meet and exceed industry expectations.

We work with the best and most trustworthy tradesmen Suffolk has to offer and we partner with a wide range of local suppliers and builders merchants to ensure we offer the best materials at a competitive price. We are meticulous with our pricing, organisation and execution and work closely with architects, designers, suppliers and building control to ensure every step of the process is stress free. We provide accurate detailed quotes and pricing with unlimited amendments to suit budgets. Once the quote is finalised and a start date is agreed, we send out a detailed schedule of work to minimise disruption while the work commences. 

For large projects, we operate in planned phases. For each phase we request material funds upfront and we invoice weekly for labour, this way everybody keeps up to date with what is going on.

We operate throughout Suffolk, Norfolk & Essex. We operate mainly in Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Stowmarket, Newmarket, Halsted, Braintree, Needham Market, Ipswich & Cambridge.
